2.1. Teamcheck is a platform designed to survey team members and analyze team dynamics using artificial intelligence, including ChatGPT, to assess the team's state and identify potential issues. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

2.1.1. The responsibility for your use of the Service and the outcomes thereof rests solely with you.

2.1.2. The Service will not be used for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

2.1.3. All applicable laws and regulations will be complied with in your use of the Service.

2.2. You understand and agree that Teamcheck employs artificial intelligence to analyze survey responses and generate reports, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of these analyses or reports.

2.3. You acknowledge and agree that any data provided to Teamcheck will be treated as anonymous, and we uphold the confidentiality and privacy of such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1. All content available on the Service, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, reports, and software, is the property of Teamcheck or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
